One product, four solutions.
The angles that sell are education (why pure oil beats spray: no dilution), price against the designer bottle, and longevity. But no single angle scales on its own. I positioned the same bottle as four answers for four people: the one who wants a scent that lasts, the one whose skin reacts to the alcohol in perfume, the one who layers oil under a designer spray, and the one who wants designer in their pocket. The account is split across those personas, not stacked on one angle.
Founder on camera and social proof carry the message.
The 8x creative was the first founder video: me, telling people this is my company, what we make, and why oil is better.
A hook has one job.
The first two seconds exist to buy the next four. Meet the viewer exactly where they are, but cast the net wide enough to catch as many of them as possible. So you go problem-first, and you pick a problem big enough that most of the audience has it.
Video at the top, static at the bottom.
Video wins top of funnel because it carries more information and holds attention longer. Static wins bottom of funnel because the viewer already knows the product and just needs to skim social proof or an answered objection before buying.
Scaling raises cost per acquisition. That is a business problem, not an ad problem.
When CPA climbed with budget, the answer was on the offer side: raise average order value through bundling, and lean on email to lift lifetime value. Some customers are acquired at a loss on the first order and become profitable on the second.
Scale needs diversity, not volume.
Pushing one angle through the funnel again and again fatigues the audience and orders stop. What let the account scale was content diversification: different personas, different problems, different formats, all live at once.
Intentional beats busy.
Running my own money forced discipline. Good creative stands out, but only if you know why it works. Every test asks one question: is this hook problem-first, solution-first, or aspiration-first, and is that why it is working. You cannot throw things at the wall when the wall is your own bank account.
