HumanSystems Incorporated · GuelphHuman Systems Inc.: moved a consultancy onto HubSpot
Human Systems Incorporated is a consultancy that bids on government projects. Business to government, which meant the marketing job was proposals, documents, and making the firm easier to find and easier to trust. September to December 2025.

20% → 100%CRM adoption in one month
What I built
- — Migrated the firm onto HubSpot: moved 100+ documents and years of sales reports into dashboards, attached everything to the right contacts, and consolidated four separate tools into one.
- — Trained five senior consultants on it. Adoption went from 20% to 100% within a month, and the team could track progress and pick up each other’s work for the first time.
- — Ran competitor research on the five firms most likely to bid against HSI, including who was appearing at upcoming conventions. It changed how proposals were structured to stand out.
- — Kept the website accurate and working: fixed backend issues from outdated plugins, updated metadata, refreshed graphics, supported blog content.
